Wall Ball is a mainstay of basic training
for all lacrosse players, from beginners to elite players. It is
repetitive and most helpful for players who need more touches
with the ball. It increases your overall comfort and control of the

Southern Palm Beach County. If you know of a court that is missing

If getting to a wall ball court is a
challenge, we suggest you purchase a back yard wall ball
rebounder. Make sure it was designed for "lacrosse" with
small net openings. When setting up in your backyard make sure
you consider your neighbor's property and safety.
